Aging Guidelines

 

Please see below for our recommended aging/consumption times for each of our wines per winemaker Jean-François Pellet. We recommend that the wines be cellared between 55 and 58 degrees Fahrenheit and served at a temperature of 64 to 66 degrees Fahrenheit.  (Last updated:  7-16-09)

Cabernet Sauvignon
