At higher elevation with wine-blown loess soils, Seven Hills Vineyard delivers wines of elegance, lift, and freshness—defined by refined texture and bright aromatics. 


Seven Hills Vineyard Blend

Aromas of dark fruit and dusty rose are complemented by vanilla bean. The palate reveals blueberry, blackberry, and hints of cranberry, layered with cinnamon, cedar, nutmeg, anise, and cocoa nib. The finish is long and graceful, with balanced acidity and age-worthy depth.

  • Varietals: 59% Cabernet Sauvignon, 14% Merlot, 13% Cabernet Franc, 9% Petit Verdot, 5% Malbec

Rooted in ancient lakebed soils at a lower elevation, Pepper Bridge Vineyard yields wine of depth, structure, and power—layered with dark fruit and earthy  complexity. 


Pepper Bridge Vineyard Blend

Inviting aromas of baking spice, and sage lead into notes of boysenberry cobbler. The palate is rich yet fresh, with dark cherry, blackberry, and a touch of caramel. Smooth tannings and vibrant acidity create a wine that is both approachable and refined.
