This is your chance to build a meaningful career at one of Washington’s most respected and pioneering wineries. This full-time role blends luxury hospitality with strategic operations, team leadership, professional growth, and community engagement, and offers a rare balance of autonomy and stability.

You’ll be joining a close-knit, passionate team that values excellence, authenticity, and innovation. If you’re someone who thrives in a luxury hospitality environment, has a talent for storytelling and guest engagement, and wants to be part of something truly special—we’d love to meet you.
