How can I change allotment from Shipping to Pick-up or vice versa?
Log in to your account, scroll down to Wine Club Membership, click View/Edit and use the drop-down menu for Delivery Method to select Ship My Orders, Pickup from Walla Walla Tasting Room – PB, Pickup from Pepper Bridge & Amavi Woodinville, or Pickup from Pepper Bridge & Amavi Vancouver.
If you would like to make this change for just this shipment, click on Edit Pending Release, then use the drop-down menu for Method and make your selection of where to pick up.
To add a new shipping address use the My Account – Billing & Shipping area and click on Change under the Shipping Address, then click the Add New Address button. If you would like to use this address for everything moving forward click the box that says Save this address as my new primary shipping address. If you are using it for a pending release there is a section to use the address only for the pending release. After you have made your selection click Save & Close.

Do I need to be home to sign for my allotment?
Yes, Federal law requires that all wine shipments be signed for by an adult who is over the age of 21. We recommend using a business address or a FedEx Pick-Up Location when possible.
Can I gift a membership?
Did you know that you can gift a club membership? Pass on the benefits, as well as the wine, that you know they will love!
We recommend the Bridge Club as your gift membership of choice. Why? With a Bridge Club membership, they receive three bottles of wine shipped four times per year. This means they won’t worry about running out of wine or having too much on hand to store! It’s the perfect balance.
How to Gift:
- Choose a Club to gift (see sections above) and click Join
- Create or select your billing profile
- Select Gift Membership and input recipient’s information
- Date of Birth required for age verification
- Phone number and email required for delivery assurance
- Select their delivery method
- Shipping, or Pickup at Walla Walla, Woodinville, or Vancouver, WA
- Enter any notes and review the club terms
That’s it! We’ll handle the rest.
Q: Do I have to be a member to gift a club?
A: Not at all! Gift away to your heart’s content. When you’re ready to join yourself, you know where to find us.
Q: Can I gift the Insider Club instead?
A: Absolutely. We recommend the Bridge Club over the Insider Club mainly due to frequency of delivery. With the Insider club receiving wine once in a year, gift members tend to forget that they have other benefits besides the wine and therefore aren’t able to take full advantage of their perks. If you feel that the Insider club is a better fit for your gift, just follow the steps above, but select the Insider club as step one instead.
