About Chef Bobby Moore

At the heart of the evening is Chef Bobby Moore, a celebrated figure in the Pacific Northwest culinary scene. With more than two decades as Executive Chef at the renowned Barking Frog at Willows Lodge, Chef Bobby built a rputation for refined, ingredient-driven cuisine rooted in the seasons.

Now Chef/Owner of Bis on Main, he brings that same philosophy to Bellevue—crafting dishes that highlight local farms, foragers, and winemakers. His style is thoughtful yet approachable, blending classic technique with a deep respect for the Northwest's agricultural bounty.
