We’re back for another exciting year of celebrating Norm’s birthday and tasting his favorite pick for 2021! His birthday is coming up on September 12, and as we know, a celebration is not complete without a few bottles of Pepper Bridge wine. This year, he explored the cellar and pulled out a few select 10-year-old bottles of Trine for his birthday and wants to share them with you. This wine, like Norm, is perfectly aged.

“2011 was a cooler year with higher acids. Partly because of the weather (but mostly because my wine-making partner is European), this wine was blended like a Bordeaux, using five of the six Bordeaux varietals. It has smoothed out like an old Bordeaux but still packs the punch needed to pair with a steak for a birthday celebration.”
